Why I Built This
A few years ago, I was trying to figure out if I could afford to buy a house. I spent hours bouncing between clunky bank calculators, sites that buried the numbers behind email signups, and financial blogs filled with ads and vague advice.
I just wanted a simple answer: what would my monthly payment actually be? And I couldn't find a clean, honest tool that gave it to me without a catch.

DollarDrill started as a personal project. I built the loan calculator first, mostly for myself. Then friends started asking to use it. Then strangers found it through Google. Eventually I realized this was something worth building properly — so I did.
Today, DollarDrill offers four free calculators covering the financial decisions that matter most to regular people: buying a home, understanding a loan, figuring out your take-home pay, and planning long-term investments. No subscriptions. No data harvesting. No financial advice disguised as a calculator result.
